Winter Tour Information

To reserve a time for your group to take a tour of Polar Park:

1. Select Tickets: Choose the number of tickets based on the ages of the tour participants.
2. Add to Cart: Click “Add to Cart” to proceed with payment.
3. Enter Tour Details: At checkout, in the “Special Delivery Instructions or Gift Message” field, specify the date and time you’d like to take the tour. Tours are offered Monday through Saturday, every hour on the hour, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.,except on holidays or March 15th.
4. Add-Ons: Any additional purchases for your tour can be made in person at the Team Store on the day of your visit.
5. In the rare case that your requested date and time slot is unavailable:a member of Polar Park will issue you an immediate refund and will help you reschedule.

Please note All guests are required to go through security screening before entering the ballpark. All areas of the ballpark are subject to availability;during special event set up, breakdown, and performances, areas of the field and ballpark may be altered or have obstructed view points.
